Josef Welt Office of Expert Auditors is a provider of auditing and consultancy services, operating in the market from the 28th of August 2002.  The office has been registered on the list of entities authorised to provide financial audit services under the number 2765.

 

Our Mission:

We are not a common accounting office.

  • We operate within the framework of customer’s company supporting it in the areas based on data taken from the records.
  • We design, implement and operate systems of internal and external reporting.
  • We introduce improvements systematically.
  • We work in the area of costs analysis and calculation of production costs.
  • We offer solutions to everyday optimalisation of taxes, planning, payment realisation and methods of financing.
  • We simplify and take over administrative processes: bills handling, payrolls, contacts with financial institutions.

Hanna Szeląg

President

A graduate of the Faculty of Organization and Management at the Lodz University of Technology. She completed post-graduate studies in Accounting at the University of Lodz and post-graduate studies in the Research methodology in management sciences at the Social Sciences Academy. Part of her education was at the University of Limerick in Ireland. In 2002 she passed the exams for the statutory auditor and she was registered under number 9844 in PIBR (Polish Statutory Auditors) list. In 2003, she was employed by JOSEF WELT office to turn her knowledge into experience. During her professional career, she gained trust of many clients as well as, significant for accountancy institutions. It enabled her to become the Secretary of the National Chamber of Statutory Auditors (KIBR), currently the Polish Chamber of Statutory Auditors – (PIBR) – from 2011 to 2019. Moreover, since 2015 up until now she has been a member of the Lodz Branch of the Association of Accountants. For a long period of time she has been a lecturer at the Association of Accountants, Statutory Auditors and the Academy of Accountancy, Higher Colleges and private companies with domestic and foreign capital in the area of: corporate tax, VAT, accounting and tax optimization. In the past, she used to be a court expert in accounting at the District Court in Łódź. Hanna invents and implements accounting systems. Additionally, she was awarded the brown badge by Chamber of Statutory Auditors and a golden badge by Association of Accountants in Poland for taking part in the development of the mentioned organisations. She is an expert in the preparation of accounting for business reporting for management boards and shareholders, included some foreign ones (such as Ireland, Great Britain, Belgium, Italy, Germany, Denmark, the Netherlands). She has a gift to turn boring finanse date into gripping and full of information report. She shares her knowledge, which is based on experience, in publications and books in the field of accounting.

A graduate of the Banking Department of the Finance Academy in Warsaw. He has been employed at the JOSEF WELT office since 2002. In June 2004 he was registered under number 10262 in PIBR (Polish Statutory Auditors) list. In 2007-2010 he gained trust from members of the association, which led to him becoming the president, and one year later the vice-president of the board of the Association of Accountants in Poland (SKWP) of the branch in Łódź. In 2019, the National Congress of the Association of Accountants in Poland elected him to be a member of the General Board of SKWP. Arkadiusz is a long-term and highly-regarded lecturer at SKWP, PIBR, Academy of Accounting, Higher Colleges and private companies with domestic and foreign capital in the area of: CIT, VAT and tax optimization. He can convert any theory into a practical example, which confirms his undeniable knowledge in the leading field of taxation. He is an outstanding tax consultant. His specialty is services related to the design and implementation of tax optimization programs, auditing, tax, accounting and financial consulting, handling of transformations, mergers and divisions of companies. Taking into account taxes, he really is second to none. It seems as if he knew the law by heart, and he hardly ever checks the paper version so as not to lose this habit. In the past, he was also a court expert in the field of accounting at the District Court in Łódź. He was awarded the brown badge by Chamber of Statutory Auditors and a golden badge by Association of Accountants in Poland for taking part in the development of the mentioned organisations. Undoubtedly, Arkadiusz’s strength is self-control and sober thinking in even the most stressful and complicated situation. Arkadiusz is a multitasker, his producivity is unbelievable.

Arkadiusz Szeląg

Vice President

A graduate in finance and accounting at the Faculty of Economics and Sociology at the University of Lodz. She has experience in accounting work since 2014. She participates in the audit of financial statements and work related to tax consultancy.

A graduate in economics at the Faculty of Economics and Sociology as well as finance and accounting at the Faculty of Management at the University of Lodz. In 2018 he completed the course “Balance sheet Accountant” in the Accountants Association. He has experience in accounting work since 2016. He is a member of the accounting and financial team that provides comprehensive service for companies. Additionally, he participates in the audit of financial statements and work related to tax consultancy.h

A graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Lodz. In 2008 she completed the course “For candidates for main accountants” in the Accountants Association. She has experience in accounting since 2005. She is a member of the accounting and financial team that provides comprehensive services for large companies.

A graduate in finance and accounting at the Faculty of Economics and Sociology at the University of Lodz. In 2017 she completed the course “For candidates for main accountants” in the Accountants Association. She has experience in accounting since 2015. She is a member of the accounting and financial team that provides comprehensive services for large companies.

A graduate of mathematics at the Lodz University of Technology. In 2014, she completed the “Accounting Basis” course at the Accountants Association, and in 2019 completed the “Balance sheet Account” course at the Accountants Association. Ewa has experience in accounting since 2014. She is a member of the accounting and financial team that provides comprehensive service for companies.

 

A graduate of accounting and finance at the Faculty of Management at the University of Lodz. In 2008, she completed post-graduate studies in Management Accounting and Controlling at the University of Lodz. She has experience in accounting work since 2003. Katarzyna is a member of the accounting and financial team, which provides comprehensive service for companies.
